We use OpenSSL as Back-end and instructions from https://jamielinux.com/docs/openssl-cer ... index.html as handbook.
All you need is GNU/Linux distro with OpenSSL & OpenSSH packages. Command line is enough to work with OpenSSL.
Google Chrome browser is require DNS extension in SSL-certificates. Otherwise SSL-error is reported.
We use script sancert_create_www to generate suitable certificates.
